During homecoming week at Braintree High School, the Student Body continued the tradition of a spirit week for the students and faculty members to participate in. Every day, students and staff would come dressed up in different outfits and costumes. Specifically, on Wednesday, the theme was ‘Student Teacher Swap Day’ where students and faculty members dressed up as each other for the day.
“I think it was fun to see how the teachers view our clothing choices and how they’re able to chill and have fun,” Sophomore Trinity Berry expressed about the day.
While spirit week has always given students and faculty members a lot of spirit for the upcoming homecoming, last Wednesday was unique in the way it brought students and staff together.
“I think it’s really funny how the teachers are wearing sweats and stuff. And some of the teachers also are wearing Lady Wamp shirts, so I thought that was really funny,” Junior Katie Gerety said.
The people that have dressed up all say it was a great idea to have for a spirit day.
“I thought it was a fun spirit day for teachers to dress down and students to dress up,” Sophomore Izzy Longobardi has said.
