Correction: Muhammad Ali’s “real” name was in fact Muhammad Ali, a name he adopted formally at age 22. Ali rejected and denounced his birth name, Cassius Clay.
Hi, thank you for this episode, which among other things, acknowledges the boxer Muhammad Ali.
However, just to make a correction, when the question was asked, what was Muhammad Ali’s “real” name, it would be correct to ask what was his “birth” name, since Muhammad Ali was his “real”, formally adopted name, but his “birth” name was different.
I would appreciate if this correction could be mentioned in the next episode of the Braintree Four.
